Vipul Aggarwal

Vipul Aggarwal is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in manpower management and employee relations. As Chief Manager (LPG) HR at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited since April 2019, Vipul manages performance assessments and various HR processes within the LPG business. Previously, as Senior Manager Employee Relations at Bharat Petroleum, Vipul focused on employee relations strategies. Prior to joining Bharat Petroleum, Vipul served as an HR Business Partner at Unilever, overseeing multiple plants and leading significant projects such as long-term wage settlements and employee engagement initiatives.
