Karuna Sharma

Karuna Sharma currently serves as the Head of Business Operations - Lending & Risk and Head of Operations - Device, QR & PostPe at BharatPe, a position held since March 2020. Previously, Karuna was the Assistant Vice President of Operations at BharatPe. From March 2017 to February 2020, Karuna excelled as the Head of Service Operations at RIVIGO, overseeing a monthly portfolio of approximately US$ 8.5 million in a leading billion-dollar unicorn startup that transformed the logistics sector in India. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. Manager CRM-Operations at Blinkit from June 2014 to February 2017, where Karuna contributed to the founding team and engaged in scaling efforts at this successful online supermarket. Educational background includes attendance at D.A.V Public School in Shimla.
