Kashish Garg

Kashish Garg currently serves as the General Manager of Credit Risk at BharatPe, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Kashish worked as a Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst at slice from May 2022 to September 2023, focusing on credit policy development for the freelancer segment, particularly for new-to-credit customers, while also leading initiatives to integrate Account Aggregator data into underwriting practices. Prior to that, an Analyst in Risk Management at American Express from August 2020 to May 2022 involved enabling data for various commercial credit risk evaluation models and collaborating with banking teams for quicker funds availability. Kashish's early experiences include a research internship at Universität Rostock, where work was done on energy systems modeling, and involvement in motorsports at IIT Roorkee, where leadership in a team of 80 was demonstrated. Kashish's academic achievements include a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, complemented by formative education at R.B. DAV SR. SEC.
