Rahul Bhatia

Rahul Bhatia has a diverse work experience in risk management, compliance, and financial services. Rahul is currently working as the Head of Internal Audit at BharatPe. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Risk and Compliance for Tide in India. Rahul also worked at Grant Thornton Bharat LLP as the Director of Financial Services in Risk Advisory. Before that, they held the position of Associate Director at PwC India. Rahul's earlier experience includes working at Macquarie Group as an Associate Vice President, where they handled regulatory capital adequacy reporting and risk management. Rahul started their career at KPMG as a Senior in Assurance, where they performed statutory audits and advised clients on accounting standards and internal controls.

Rahul Bhatia holds a Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, which was completed before 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, from 2002 to 2005. Rahul'shigh school education was completed at Kulachi Hans Raj Model School, specializing in Business/Commerce, in the year 2002. Rahul also has additional certifications, including an Executive certification in Fintech, Open Banking, and Financial Blockchain from The Digital Fifth in 2022, and a Certificate Course on Valuation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2009.
