Seema Sarawgi

Seema Sarawgi has a diverse range of experience in the field of Learning and Development. Their most recent role is as Head of Learning and Development at BharatPe, where they are responsible for creating a learning culture and implementing a leadership development framework.

Prior to this, Seema worked at the World Health Organization as a Human Resources Associate, focusing on Learning & Development and Organizational Development. Seema then served as the Regional Learning & Development Officer for South Asia at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office- British High Commission.

Seema also has experience as a Learning and Development Consultant at WhiteSwan Consulting Group and Glenburn Tea Direct, where they designed and delivered training programs for various organizations. Seema has also worked as an Associate Consultant at Ernst & Young and as a Business Associate at Beacon Analytics.

Before entering the field of Learning and Development, Seema held a position as a Senior Executive at Pantaloon Retail India Ltd.

Throughout their career, Seema has demonstrated their expertise in training, employee engagement, and leadership development.

Seema Sarawgi holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Organizational Behaviour Studies from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), which they obtained in 2015. Prior to that, they completed their MBA in Business Strategy from the University of Strathclyde in 2010. In 2004, they earned their BA (H) in Psychology with a focus on Organizational Behaviour from Indraprastha College for Women, Delhi University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Instructional Design from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in 2022, Certified Career Coach from Career Counselling Services in 2017, and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) from California Psychologists Press, India in 2014. Seema has also qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) for lectureship in Management conducted by the University Grants Commission (UGC) in 2010. Seema has a certification as a Certified Hypnotherapist (CH) from the California Hypnosis Institute (CHI)-USA, however, the year of obtaining this certification is unknown.
