Souvik Das is a seasoned professional specializing in risk management, with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Risk Policy & Tech at BharatPe since December 2025, Souvik previously held the position of Manager of Risk Portfolio & Credit Policy at CARS24, where strategic initiatives included developing early warning signals for credit and fraud risks and revamping credit policies. Prior roles include Risk Manager at Paytm, where Souvik implemented policies that improved loan approval rates and reduced disbursement errors, as well as positions as Senior Risk Analyst and Software Developer at Tata Consultancy Services and Caramel IoT, respectively. Souvik holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Heritage Institute of Technology and a degree from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade.
