Mike Muhangi Muhumuza has extensive experience in customer service management within the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Customer Service Manager at Airtel since September 2019. Prior to this role, Mike worked as Inbound Voice and VAS Supervisor at Airtel Uganda from August 2013, focusing on reducing customer pain points and collaborating with vendors on product development. Mike's journey in the industry began at Warid Telecom, where roles included Supervisor in the Call Centre-Customer Care Department and Customer Service Representative, emphasizing achieving performance goals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Makerere University and completed UACE at Ntinda View College in Uganda.
