Rashmi Choudhary

Rashmi Choudhary is an experienced HR professional currently serving as GM- HR Head Circle at Airtel since August 2024. Previously, Rashmi held the position of Head of Talent Management and HRBP at Hindware Limited, where responsibilities included aligning HR objectives with business strategies and overseeing project governance. Rashmi's prior experience at Mahindra Group involved managing the people agenda in the Farm Division and supporting talent development initiatives. Rashmi's earlier roles at Airtel included National HR Operation Lead and National HR Business Partner, where comprehensive responsibilities encompassed employee lifecycle management, performance management, and talent development. Rashmi began the career in talent acquisition at Alcatel-Lucent, focusing on recruitment and stakeholder management. Rashmi holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from Rajasthan Technical University and has completed a program at XLRI Jamshedpur.
