Uplabdhi Kalanoria

Uplabdhi Kalanoria is an experienced professional with a strong background in strategic roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Category Head - CLM and Channel Head for Airtel WiFi, Uplabdhi has also held the position of Head of Partnerships within the CEO's Office at Airtel from February 2022 to June 2025. Prior experience includes working with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry as an early team member, where Uplabdhi led Sales Strategy and Operations for the One District One Product Initiative. Uplabdhi's expertise further extends to Mastercard as a Director/Senior Management Consultant and A.T. Kearney, where Uplabdhi progressed through various positions from Summer Analyst to Manager. Uplabdhi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.
