Amber Prakash

Amber Prakash has a range of work experience in the field of human resources. Amber has served as the Head of Compensation and Benefits PMS & HR Shared Services at Bharti AXA Life Insurance, where they developed and implemented compensation and benefits policies and plans. Amber also designed long term incentive plans and managed performance management processes. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager Human Resource at Tata Business Support Services Limited, where they facilitated OD interventions, managed the appraisal process, and recommended compensation structures. Amber has also held positions at ERA Group and Waldman Group, where they handled various HR responsibilities such as recruitment, performance appraisal, training, and statutory compliance.

Amber Prakash holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Amber also has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the same university. In 2011, they obtained a certification as a Certified Compensation & Benefits Manager from Carleton Advance Institute. Amber Prakash has attended a program in Organizational Leadership at SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research in 2016-2017. Amber completed a Leadership Program, with a duration of 9 months, at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kolkata in 2021-2022. Additionally, they have a Matriculation degree from St. John's High School, Ranchi. Amber Prakash has also obtained a certification in Job Evaluation from Hay Group.
