Arindam Pal

Arindam Pal is an experienced professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Zonal Head for Tied Agency at Bharti AXA Life Insurance since July 2025, focusing on the development of the Zone East, particularly in Bengal and the North East. Prior to this role, Arindam held various positions at Kotak Life from June 2010 to July 2025, including Regional Vice President and Senior Divisional Manager, where key responsibilities involved team leadership and management across multiple states.
