Neelakshi Shalla's work experience includes various roles in the insurance and finance industry. Neelakshi is currently serving as the Head of Transformation Program, Customer Service, Claims and Operational Risk at Bharti AXA Life Insurance. Prior to this, they worked at Max Life Insurance Company Limited, holding positions such as Head Data Security, Vice President of Operational Risk Management, and Head of Program Office. Neelakshi has also gained experience in Operations & Services in Life Insurance during their time at Max Life Insurance. Neelakshi Shalla earned an MBA in Finance from Guru Jambheshwar University from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Life Science from Maharshi Dayanand University from 1995 to 1997. Neelakshi completed their secondary education in Science at Model School from 1981 to 1993. In addition, they have obtained various certifications such as the AI Business School certification from Microsoft in 2020, the Organisational Leadership for 21st Century certification from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2020, the Executive Education Prog on Enterprise Risk Management certification from IIM Bangalore - Executive Programmes in 2016, and the Enhancing Leadership Capacities and Potential among Professional Women certification from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2010.
