Rashmi Shetty

Rashmi Shetty is an experienced insurance service delivery leader, currently serving as Associate Director at Concentrix since May 2022. Previously, Rashmi held multiple senior positions at Bharti AXA Life Insurance, starting from June 2008, including AVP of Business Conservation & Customer Management and AVP of Business Conservation and Digital Sales, where significant achievements included implementing Salesforce marketing cloud to enhance customer experience and streamline renewal processes. Rashmi also served as DVP and Head of Customer Management, focusing on digital transformation and customer communication throughout the customer lifecycle. Earlier in a career at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co Ltd, Rashmi advanced from Customer Service Manager to Sr Manager, overseeing service quality across numerous branches. Rashmi holds an MBA in Marketing from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, completed between 2009 and 2012.
