Smit Kamdar

Smit Kamdar has a strong background in the insurance industry, with experience at companies such as Bharti AXA Life Insurance and Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance. Starting in 2014, Smit worked as an Assistant Manager at Marsh & McLennan Companies in their EH&B Consulting Practice. In 2017, Smit joined Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance as a Senior Manager in Strategy, eventually becoming the Deputy Chief Manager and Head of Strategy for Direct Marketing. In 2020, Smit moved to Bharti AXA Life Insurance as an Associate Vice President in the PMO - CEO's Office, where they successfully managed and executed key projects to improve growth, efficiency, and profitability. Smit later held the positions of Deputy Vice President in the Online Business and Head of Revenue Assurance - TPD departments.
