Vishal Snha

Vishal Sinha has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Vishal is currently working at Bharti AXA Life Insurance as the Head - Training Partnership Distribution & Corporate HR, where they are responsible for managing training in various departments and overseeing strategic projects. Prior to this, Vishal held the position of Head Training - Partnerships, GB, and L&D at Bharti AXA Life Insurance.

Before joining Bharti AXA Life Insurance, Vishal worked at Max SkillFirst Limited as the Business Head B2B Corporate Training. In this role, they were responsible for developing new business with enterprise-level companies in sectors like BFSI, Pharma, E-commerce, and more. Vishal also managed the long-term learning and change roadmap for clients such as Bharti AXA Life Insurance, Coverfox Insurance, and Indiashelter.

Vishal also has experience at Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited and Birla Sun Life Insurance. At Aditya Birla Health Insurance, they served as the Head of Training for Bancassurance, Broker, and Group Business. At Birla Sun Life Insurance, their roles included Head Group & DM Training, Regional Training Manager, and Area Training Manager.

Vishal began their career at IIFPM as a Manager and worked at Magnus Institute as an Operations Executive.

Vishal Snha has a diverse education history. In 2003-2004, they attended the International Management Institute, where they obtained a PGPIM degree in Management. In 2016, they completed Level I at the Life Office Management Association (LOMA), focusing on Life Insurance. Vishal also received a Licentiate degree in Life Branch from the Insurance Institute of India in 2010 and completed the Derivatives Market (Dealer) module at NSE India in the same year. In 2005, they gained certification in Mutual Funds from the Association of Mutual Funds in India and achieved the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation from FPSB. Additionally, Vishal Snha attended St Joseph Convent, although the dates and degree obtained are unspecified.
