Vishwa Advani has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Vishwa is currently the Deputy Vice President & Head of Customer Management & Contact Center at Bharti AXA Life Insurance since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Vice President - Customer Experience at Canara HSBC Oriental Bank of Commerce Life Insurance Company from August 2021 to May 2022.

From 2015 to 2021, Vishwa worked at Reliance General Insurance where they held the role of Associate Segment Head - Business Excellence. Vishwa'sresponsibilities included conducting internal audits, RCA & CAPA for escalated cases, reviewing customer surveys, facilitating continuous improvement projects, and managing the CEO dashboard, among other tasks.

Before their time at Reliance General Insurance, Vishwa worked at Reliance Life Insurance Company Ltd as the Manager - Branch Operations- Process, Planning & Analytics from July 2008 to November 2015. Vishwa also gained experience at Aviva India as an Executive - Customer Service from March 2007 to February 2008, and at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. as an Associate - Branch Operations from October 2005 to February 2007.

Vishwa Advani has a diverse education history. In 1998, they completed their schooling at Saint Patrick's Vidya Bhawan. Vishwa then attended Sh. Sohanlal Manihar Girls Sr. Sec. School from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained their HSC degree in Business/Commerce. Vishwa went on to complete a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) at Jai Narayan Vyas University from 2000 to 2004.

Furthermore, Vishwa holds multiple postgraduate degrees from Jai Narayan Vyas University. Vishwa completed a PGD in International Business & Finance from 2004 to 2005. Later, from 2004 to 2006, they pursued a Masters of Commerce - Business Administration, focusing on Business Administration and Management. In 2005, they also obtained a PGD in Marketing & Sales Management.

Vishwa continued their education at the Insuance Institute of India in 2006 and 2007, where they became an Associate Member with AIII certification in Life Insurance.

In addition to their education, Vishwa has obtained various certifications. In 2019, they became an ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor through URS - Business Strategic Solutions. In 2020, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from BMGI. Vishwa also holds the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in January 2020.
