Mahima Ahluwalia

Mahima Ahluwalia is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Vice President Legal and General Manager (Legal) at Bharti Enterprises since March 2022. Previously, Mahima held roles at InterGlobe Enterprises, including Assistant General Counsel for InterGlobe Real Estate Ventures and Principal Legal Counsel for Transactions from January 2018 to May 2020. Mahima's earlier experience includes serving as a Principal Associate at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas from July 2015 to December 2017, and as a Senior Associate and Associate at Trilegal from June 2008 to May 2015. Mahima began the legal career as an intern at Lexpro in 2007. Mahima holds an LLB (Hons) degree from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, earned between 2003 and 2008.
