Kevin Hughes

Kevin Hughes currently serves as General Counsel and previously as Deputy General Counsel at Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions since October 2012, where significant contributions were made to the establishment of agreements, policies, and procedures. Prior to this role, Hughes worked at Lenovo Group from May 2005 to October 2012 as Assistant General Counsel, managing the legal team supporting the Americas sales force and developing standard agreements during the company's transition from IBM. Earlier career experience includes working as Counsel and Attorney at IBM from 1995 to May 2005, providing legal support in software development and licensing, as well as dealing with various legal issues across different divisions until the sale of its PC business to Lenovo. Kevin Hughes holds a JD with honors from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Georgetown University.
