Head Of Quality at Bharti Foundation

Praveen Arora has extensive work experience in process transformation, quality assurance, and operational excellence. Praveen is currently the Head of Quality at Bharti Foundation, where they lead a team of professionals responsible for process re-design, digitization, and strengthening controls.

Prior to that, Praveen worked as a Partner at FGnC Consulting, where they led process transformation for clients such as Wipro, Infosys, and Accenture. Praveen also developed the MIWA model for process optimization and organized the Masters Transformation conference to promote best practices.

Before joining Bharti Foundation, Praveen held the position of Sr Vice President and Group Head Excellence and Customer Service at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd. Here, they led change programs to drive strategic goals, customer orientation, and employee experience.

Praveen also gained experience at Deutsche Bank, Infosys BPO, HP Global eBusiness, Saint Gobain Group, and Grasim Industries Ltd, where they held various roles related to quality management, operational excellence, and business engineering.

Overall, Praveen Arora has a strong background in driving process improvement, managing change, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Praveen Arora completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in HR from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2002 to 2004. Prior to this, they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Electrical from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology between 1994 and 1998. Earlier, they completed their HSC in Science from Dharampeth Science College from 1992 to 1994. Praveen'ssecondary education includes an SSC from Asha Modern School from 1990 to 1992. Praveen Arora has also acquired several certifications in various fields, such as ISO 9001 Internal Quality Auditor, Operational Excellence Assessor, Quality Leader, SCRUM Master, BPO Operational Methodology, Lean Trainer, Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and eSCM and COPC professional.
