Bhate
Deborah Loehrke has extensive experience in environmental science, geology, and technical writing, currently serving as a Technical Report Reviewer at Bhate since August 2021. Previous roles include Technical Editor at SBSA, LLC, where emphasis was placed on documents related to construction defects, and Environmental Scientist III at GSI Companies, where scoping documents and reports for MMRP projects were developed. Deborah's long tenure at APTIM involved multiple roles including project scientist and technical writer, contributing to crucial reports for Department of Defense fueling facilities. Earlier experience includes positions at Versar, Inc. and URS Corporation, focusing on site investigations and technical support for environmental projects. Deborah holds a Master of Science in Geology from Old Dominion University, a Bachelor of Science in Geology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Florida.

Bhate’s roots started strong in 1991, working in the private and municipal sectors. We soon received our first DOD contract and have since worked at more than 2,000 DOD facilities in all 50 states and in 16 countries/US Territories. In the past 5 years, our expertise and our projects have expanded to vertical and horizontal construction, demolition services, and fuels/energy. And our geographic presence has grown to 10 offices worldwide.
