Swati has managed HR functions in multi-cultured, multiple divisional, and multiple locational organizations. She has worked both with start-ups and large known IT/ITES organizations and supported HR divisions from a skeletal form to becoming well-managed structured departments. She loves to work in challenging environments and exults in scaling up of processes to align with organizational values, vision & mission.
