Ronald Ishmael

Ronald Ishmael is an experienced structural engineer currently serving as a Senior Associate at Baird, Hampton & Brown since November 2019, where responsibilities include leading structural engineering services, client management, and project oversight. Prior to this role, Ronald worked at JQ for over a decade as an Associate and Senior Project Manager, managing projects from initial design to construction completion. Early career experience includes a position as a Project Engineer at L.A. Fuess Partners, where Ronald performed various structural design tasks, and an office assistant role at Ashford Square Realty while pursuing a degree.
