Roberto Fonseca

Roberto Fonseca has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Roberto is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at BHC Global since August 2021. Prior to their current role, Fonseca worked at Blue Heron Consulting from April 2005 to January 2013 as the Technical Application Team Leader, where they were responsible for the design and development of CC&B custom interfaces and modifications. Roberto also managed technical resources and tasks across multiple CC&B implementation projects.

Before joining Blue Heron Consulting, Fonseca worked at CGI from November 1997 to March 2005 as a Senior Consultant. In this role, they initially worked in a team responsible for identifying changes needed in several systems within an insurance company. Later, they took on the responsibility of maintaining and upgrading a major CRM system using Natural/ADABAS technology.

Furthermore, Roberto Fonseca began their career as a Systems Analyst at Ceara State Finance Secretary in February 1992 and held the position until November 1997.

Overall, Fonseca has gained valuable experience and expertise throughout their career in various technical leadership and analytical roles.

Roberto Fonseca obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Universidade de Fortaleza, where they studied from 1989 to 1994. In addition, they have obtained certifications in "Introduction to Trading, Machine Learning & GCP" from Coursera in 2020 and "Initiating and Planning Projects" from Coursera Verified Certificates in 2015.
