Prior experience encompasses positions such as Resolution Manager at Gallagher Bassett, Claims Consultant at CCMSI, Claims Examiner at Sedgwick, and Claims Adjuster at Travelers, which was held for over 14 years from June 2003 to May 2017. Jeanalee Adams holds a degree from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith.
