Bonita McCutcheon is a skilled professional with a strong background in talent development and human resources. Currently serving as a Talent Development and HR Specialist at BHC since August 2020, Bonita has held multiple roles including Talent Development & Human Resources Coordinator and Office Coordinator. Prior experience includes an Events Intern position at Greater Topeka Partnership and roles as a Restaurant Server and Bartender at Capitol Plaza Hotel Topeka. Additionally, Bonita contributed to the Topeka Pilots Hockey team as a Game Day Operations and Promotions Intern, focusing on social media promotion and merchandise sales. Bonita holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Washburn University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Strategic Management at Baker University.
