Jim Martin

Jim Martin has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jim currently works at BHG Financial, where they hold the position of SVP, Software Engineering since October 2022. Prior to that, Jim worked at Ultimate Software and UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) in various senior director roles, leading and developing software engineering teams in areas such as Pay & Tax Domain, Customer Enablement, and Service Foundation. Jim also worked at Nuance Communications as VP, Information Technology, overseeing hardware design and build processes. Earlier in their career, Jim held positions at Precision Response Corporation and American Bankers Insurance Group, gaining experience in network services, client services, and systems support management. Jim began their career at Barnett Bank as Manager - Cash Management Technology.

Jim Martin has obtained an MBA degree in Finance from Nova Southeastern University. Additionally, they have completed a BBA degree from the University of Miami - School of Business. In November 2021, Jim also obtained a certification titled "A Manager's Guide to Inclusive Teams" from LinkedIn.
