Lauren Leong

Lauren Leong began their career as an Account Coordinator at USMotivation in 2004 and later worked as an Account Manager and Senior Marketing Manager. Lauren designed and launched web-based platforms for marketing and sales campaigns. In 2007, they joined Reed Construction Data as a Product Manager, where they managed P&L, created new online products, and overhauled print product suite. From 2010 to 2011, Lauren worked at Wachovia, A Wells Fargo Company, as a Merger Communications Manager. Lauren led state conversions and planned communications campaigns using multiple channels. Lauren then joined Bank of America in 2011 and held various roles, including VP, Digital Product Manager and Senior VP, Sr Digital Product Manager. Lauren was responsible for managing small business deposit and lending products, executing campaigns, and leading development teams. Lauren moved to Benefitfocus in 2019, where they served as a Director of Product Management until 2022. Lauren is currently serving as the Director of Product Management at BHG Financial.

Lauren Leong obtained an MBA degree in Marketing and Finance from Mercer University - Stetson School of Business and Economics, during the period from 2003 to 2005.
