Julie Bottoms

Julie Bottoms is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a strong track record in multiple industries, including retail and restaurant sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Behavioral Health Group since April 2024, Julie previously held senior roles at Uncle Julio's Corporation and JCPenney, where responsibilities included leading talent acquisition strategies and managing substantial teams of recruiters. With over a decade of expertise in recruiting operations, process improvement, and executive recruiting, Julie has successfully enabled the hiring of approximately 10,000 coworkers annually through comprehensive recruitment processes and ATS optimization. Julie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts and Sciences with a major in Sociology and a minor in Spanish from the University of North Texas.
