Guoli Dong has extensive work experience in the field of commercial real estate. Guoli is currently serving as the Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at BHI since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at U.S. Bank for a duration of 10 years, from January 2011 to July 2021, in the role of Commercial Real Estate Credit Underwriting. Before joining U.S. Bank, Guoli Dong worked as a Senior Advisor at Gateway Assets Management from 2009 to 2011. Guoli also served as the Due Diligence Manager at Bethany Group from November 2002 to June 2008, and as a Financial Analyst at AIG Global Real Estate Investment Corp. from July 2001 to June 2002.
