Ivo Loncaric

Ivo Loncaric has extensive experience in the field of commercial real estate underwriting, having worked in various roles at different financial institutions. At BHI, Ivo serves as an AVP specializing in underwriting CRE loans for various asset types and sizes. Prior to BHI, Ivo worked at BCB Bank and Haven Savings Bank in roles such as Credit Analyst and Senior Credit Analyst. Ivo holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Management from Rutgers Business School.
