Richard Cadena Jr.

Richard Cadena, Jr. is a VP at BHI with a background in commercial real estate credit underwriting. Prior to their current role, Richard held positions as a Senior Credit Analyst at BCB Community Bank and Credit Analyst at First Central Savings Bank. Richard also has experience as a Mortgage Loan Specialist/Underwriter at Ponce Bank. Richard started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Henry Street Settlement after completing the HSS Work Readiness Program. Richard holds a BBA in Marketing Management/Communication Studies, a Master of Science in Real Estate, and a Real Estate Finance Certificate from Baruch College.
