William Komaroff currently serves as General Counsel at BHI since November 2025. Prior to this role, William was a Partner at Proskauer Rose LLP from October 2007 to October 2025, where involvement included counseling and defending clients in government investigations and civil disputes, alongside substantial trial experience in federal district courts. Previous positions include serving as an Assistant U.S. Attorney from 2002 to 2007, a Litigation Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from 1995 to 2002, and a Law Clerk for the Honorable Jerome Farris at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit from 1994 to 1995. William earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Dartmouth College.
