Yukti Bathija is an experienced professional in customer success and hospitality management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Executive at BHIVE Workspace since November 2022, Yukti previously held the roles of Customer Success Associate and Customer Success Management. Prior to this, Yukti worked as Associate Manager for US HR at Iflowsoft Solutions Inc from April 2022 to November 2022. Experience also includes a position as Store Supervisor at PUMA Group in 2021 and an internship at Renaissance Hotels from November 2019 to April 2020, where Yukti completed industrial training at the Renaissance Race Course Hotel in Bangalore. Yukti earned a B.A. in Hospitality Administration from the University of West London, graduating in April 2021.
