Hardy R. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 27 years. Hardy currently holds the position of Global IT Director at BHJ A/S & Essentia Protein Solutions, where they lead the global IT development, deployment, and operations across 27 plants and 17 offices worldwide. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development & PMO Lead at Danish Crown and as a Business Development Office & Master Data Lead at Vestas. Hardy also served as an IT Director at LEGO Group, where they were responsible for various global business development projects and overseeing IT departments on LEGO Manufacturing sites. Additionally, they held the role of Vice President & Project Director at Add-On Development LLC, where they played a key role in establishing a Joint Venture for Microsoft software and ERP systems development. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at KMD and as a Solutions Architect at Bankdata. Hardy started their career as the Global Sales Director at Arvid Nilsson.
