Mauro Frota

Mauro Frota has had a diverse range of work experience in the fitness industry. Mauro founded and served as the CEO of BHOUT, a company they continue to be associated with. Mauro also worked as a Master Coach at Precor Iberia, specializing in Queenax, from 2016 to 2022. Additionally, they were a Professor at MANZ, where they taught physical exercise coaches certification courses from 2015 to 2022. Mauro Frota has also contributed as a Professor at ULHT and FMH, teaching post-graduate courses on health club management and marketing in fitness respectively. In 2008, they served as a Board Advisor for the Portuguese Fitness Association. Finally, they worked as a consultant for Arquivandus - Software House, focusing on fitness software development. Mauro also founded and served as the CEO of Evolution - Wellness e Fitness Center from 2005 to 2011.

Mauro Frota received a Degree in Sport Sciences from the University of Lisbon in 2000. Mauro later pursued a Post-grad Marketing in Fitness at the University of Lisbon in 2009-2010 and a Post-grad Health Clubs Management at Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa in 2010. Additionally, they are currently working on a Master Degree in Retention in Health Clubs at Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa, which they began in 2005 and is still ongoing.
