Ali Hussaini

Ali Hussaini is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in geotechnical and civil engineering, currently serving as a Senior Engineer Dams at BHP since April 2023, focusing on the safe operations of tailings dams. Prior roles include Senior Geotechnical and Geology Technician and PhD Researcher at the University of South Australia, where Ali evaluated static liquefaction of tailings. Earlier experience encompasses project engineering at AER Residential Commercial Subdivision and NRW Civil & Mining, managing various construction projects. Ali Hussaini holds a PhD in Geotechnical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Civil Engineering from the University of South Australia.
