Alireza Rahnama

Alireza Rahnama is an experienced professional in project planning and management within the energy and infrastructure sectors. Alireza currently serves as the Global Technical Manager at BHP, overseeing multiple roles including Lead Project Control & Analysis and Shutdown Planning Consultant, contributing to significant projects such as the life extension of stacker reclaimer machines and rail replacements at Hey Point Coal Port. As a co-founder of NGVIRAN, Alireza provides solutions for Hydrogen/CNG/LNG transportation and represents prominent German companies in Iran. Previous roles include head positions in project controls and business development at ENGV, and senior planning consultancy roles at WDS Limited and AGL Energy. Alireza's extensive experience began at the National Iranian Gas Company, where significant contributions to national CNG projects were made. Alireza holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from K. N. Toosi University of Technology.
