Michael Holender

Michael Holender is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management, continuous improvement, and technical service within the medical device and software development industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Global Technical Service Repair Depot at ZOLL Medical Corporation, Michael oversees in-house repair and maintenance of medical devices while aligning global strategies with the ZOLL Services Team. Previous roles include Operational Excellence Manager and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, where Michael led cross-functional projects to enhance process efficiency and coached colleagues on continuous improvement methods. Prior to ZOLL, Michael held leadership positions at MathWorks, Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems, and co-owned Process-Efficiency, LLC. Michael holds a Ph.D. in Operations Research from the University at Buffalo and a B.S. in Mathematics/Statistics from Miami University.
