Andrea Glasofer

Andrea Glasofer is a highly effective human resource professional currently serving as the Deputy Program Director for BHP's Jansen project, where they provide project performance management and strategic planning. Previously, Andrea was the Global HR Reward Operations Manager at BHP, overseeing the establishment of a global reward operation team in Malaysia and the Philippines.
