Jubilee
As Jubilee’s first Deputy Director of Program Services, Caroline will work closely with the Director of Program Services to provide leadership and direction to the program services division. She will help oversee the delivery of high-quality residential services to the people Jubilee supports. She previously served as a Jubilee program manager. Caroline previously worked at The Arc of Montgomery County and Delta Community Supports, and she has nearly two decades of experience working with the intellectual and developmental disability community.

Jubilee provides residential and related support services to adults who have intellectual and other developmental disabilities in Montgomery County, Maryland. A faith-based organization affiliated with the Hyattsville Mennonite Church, we accept customers and staff of all religious backgrounds.
