Daria Kolchina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, innovation, and corporate development across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Strategic Projects and previously in leadership roles at BHP, Daria has successfully restructured teams and led cross-functional initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness. Prior roles include Program Manager at Alcoa, Finance Consultant at Nusantara Resources, and M&A Manager at Aurizon, where Daria was instrumental in financial strategy and business evaluation for significant projects. Daria's career began with foundational roles in corporate finance and strategy at prominent institutions such as MFK-Bank and Rosbank.
