Darko Djaic

Darko Djaic is a dynamic and commercially focused legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and in-house legal consultancy. They have held notable positions as Managing Counsel at BHP, leading high-value procurement and technology deals, and as Head of Legal at Clarivate Analytics, where they managed a global team. Darko previously served as a General Counsel for Telstra's Consumer Division, overseeing significant legal operations and strategic initiatives. They have provided consultancy services to major companies, including Barclays and BHP, and have been a board member at Bay-Fm 100.3 Community Radio since 2025. Darko earned an LLB(Hons)/BA(Hons) from Griffith University.
