Colin Sam

Colin plays a key role in the execution of legal strategy and the operational model for Onex globally including responsibilities for broad range of legal and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Onex, Colin served as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary of Aecon Group Inc., Canada’s largest publicly traded infrastructure development and construction company. Previously, Colin was a senior associate at Clifford Chance LLP in London, England and an associate at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP in Toronto, Canada.

Colin holds a Juris Doctorate from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
