Fadzai Mudariki

Fadzai Mudariki is a seasoned professional in project controls and analysis, currently serving as the Lead Project Controls & Analysis at BHP since October 2020. This role includes the establishment and oversight of project controls strategies, coaching team members, and maintaining stakeholder relationships to influence project outcomes. Fadzai has a diverse background with previous positions at Santos Ltd and ConocoPhillips focusing on project control analysis, as well as experience in cost engineering and management across multiple companies, including BP and WorleyParsons. Fadzai holds a Graduate Diploma in Business, Professional Accounting, a Master's degree in Finance, and a Bachelor's in Marketing and Human Resources from Edith Cowan University and Curtin University, along with certifications in mental health first aid and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. As a member of the Minerals Australia Projects Inclusion and Diversity Council, Fadzai actively contributes to DEI initiatives within the organization.
