Janet Lau

Janet Lau is a Principal Consultant and Owner at Breakthrough Solutions Consulting Inc., where they focus on helping mid and large-sized companies improve operational effectiveness and profitability. With over a decade of experience as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, they have delivered significant financial benefits through various improvement projects and trained numerous individuals across certification levels. Previously, Janet served as an Operating System Deployment Coach at BHP Billiton and has held roles in human resources, coaching management teams on employee relations and talent management. They are currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Alberta.
