Jen Dawson

Jen Dawson has over two decades of experience in community development and engagement. Starting as a Technical Officer at the Shire of Donnybrook Balingup from February 2000 to May 2003, Jen transitioned to the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder as a Community Development Coordinator from March 2003 to December 2006. Jen broadened expertise at BHP in various managerial roles from November 2013 to January 2016, focusing on communities and strategic partnerships, and served as the Principal for Social Policy, Indigenous Engagement, and Community and Indigenous Affairs. Jen's most recent position was as the Australian Program Director at BHP Foundation from August 2015 to April 2021.
