Kellie Bond

Kellie Bond is an experienced safety and wellbeing professional currently serving as the Head of the BOS Centre of Excellence - Systems & Integration at BHP, where responsibilities include leading the simplification and integration of systems and routines. Previously, Kellie held the position of General Manager OHS & Wellbeing at St John of God Health Care, focusing on workplace safety and collaborative enhancements to safety culture. With a substantial tenure at BHP, Kellie contributed as Principal Safety Group HSE, directing the global safety strategy and framework, and as Principal Safety Analysis & Improvement, where safety performance analysis and risk management recommendations were key tasks. Kellie's earlier roles include leadership positions in safety and injury management at Chandler Macleod and operational roles at the Lawn Tennis Association and Allianz Insurance. Kellie holds a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from The University of Western Australia and a Postgraduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from Curtin University.
