Linda Murry

Linda Murry is an experienced leader in the mining industry with a strong track record in operational management and continuous improvement. Currently serving as General Manager at Hay Point for BHP since July 2019, Linda oversees the implementation of a global Operating System framework across multiple BHP assets, focusing on lean management practices. Prior to BHP, Linda held several positions at Rio Tinto, including General Manager of the Gove Operation and Operations Services Manager, contributing to safe bauxite supply and community support. Linda also has extensive experience in mine planning and logistics, having worked in various roles from 2007 to 2017. Linda began their career at Alphapharm as a Review Chemist from 1998 to 2003. Linda holds a Master's degree in Mining Engineering from UNSW.
