Louise Moroney

Louise Moroney is an experienced professional in the engineering and mining sectors, currently serving as Principal BHP Operating System Coaching at BHP since June 2017, while also holding the position of Principal Planner (Chief of Staff) and leveraging extensive experience in various superintendant roles. Prior to BHP, Louise worked at Cement Australia from April 2015 to May 2017, where responsibilities included Production Process Engineer and Supervisor - Production Services and Bagging. Early career experiences include a Technical Graduate position at LafargeHolcim and Process Engineering Student at Holcim New Zealand. Additional roles included Tour Guide at Norwest Adventures Ltd. and Territorial Soldier in the NZ Defence Force. Louise holds a Bachelor's Degree with Honours in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Canterbury, obtained between 2010 and 2013.
