Marty Buhlmann

Marty Buhlmann has extensive experience in the mining and processing industries, currently serving as the Coal Mining Superintendent at BHP for the Blackwater Mine since September 2015. In this role, Marty oversees mining control, pump operations, and earth works. Prior to this position, Marty worked at Queensland Nitrates Pty Ltd from February 2000 to 2012, progressing from an operator to superintendent, where responsibilities included managing operations teams, manning allocation, training development, budgeting, and planning shutdowns.
